 With over 20 years of experience in the Hair & Beauty trade, Elle has a variety of skills that have accumulated invaluable knowledge within the industry. She has experience in a wide range of different professional settings such as hair salons, theatre's, competition work, music videos, and seminars.

ELLE STRATTON - Seeing how happy my clients are with my work iis the reason I have been hairdressing for so long.

 I have enjoyed traveling around the UK working at conventions, festivals, competitions, and music videos. 

 

Progressing to the art of hair extensions has allowed me to create dramatic positive changes in my clients 'lives' which I get great satisfaction from. I leave each client feeling more confident, strong, and beautiful, whether it is for a special event or as a form of self-care

​ I landed my first full-time hairstylist role with Joseph Harling, previously known as Headmasters, in Frome, Somerset, just 18 years old. My training there shaped me into the professional & perfectionist, I am today. 

​

Much later I decided to take my profession forward and learn how to apply hair extensions in a variety of methods.

 

I love to mix up my hairstyles and go from short to long as and when the mood takes me. I have fine hair myself and understand the need to take a break from my extensions as and when needed. This is exactly why I specialise in fine hair, due to understanding how to not compromise my hair. This wish to understand more about applications and weight distribution, the trick of adding less rather than more has helped me decide to seek extensive training from, no other than the best.
