Consultations

Our mobile in-home Consultations are a bespoke colour matching service which can take up to one hour. We will talk you through all hair extension applications which help you decide the best option for your hair and your budget.

This has a  flat rate cost of £20 and includes travel to you. This is a non-refundable cost.

This will need to be paid using Fresha or an invoice will be sent out to your mobile phone, via your email address and will need to be paid before your visit.  If this is not possible you can pay via bank transfer or cash on arrival. There may be an extra charge for travel time & fuel (outside the 10-mile radius).

This is best done in natural daylight to attain the correct colour match.

 

 Please leave plenty of time for mobile in-home consultations, hair orders, and appointments.  

 

Fittings

PLEASE ONLY BOOK AFTER BOOKING YOUR CONSULTATION.

Hair fittings cannot be booked without attending a face-to-face consultation. When booking your hair extension fitting, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment, the fee of £80 will be required. This should be paid at the time of your booking.     Online booking is preferred using Fresha. However the invoice can be sent out to you via your mobile phone, an email address will be needed).  If this is not possible you can pay via bank transfer.

This booking fee will be deducted from your final bill. Please be aware that you may lose this if you do not give us 48 hours ' notice of cancelation.

The final payment of your combined service will need to be settled before the application day.        

( Please note that special colors are sometimes non-refundable ) 

 Any extra time needed may be chargeable. 

 

 

 

 

Maintenance

To look after your hair extensions correctly, it is essential to invest in the correct recommended aftercare products (specialised shampoo, conditioner, and brush) over the life cycle of your extensions.

 

Clients should also arrange and attend maintenance and removal appointments.

 

Failure to follow this advice is at the client's own risk and we will not be able to assist with any issues arising after the fitting stage.

Cancellation and Change Policy

Popellas -Hair will need 48 hours' notice when rearranging any Hair extension appointments. Of course, there will be no charge. Your appointment is reserved especially for you. We, therefore, ask that at least 48 hours' notice is given if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment (this can be done via phone or Frasha only) Your consultation fee or deposit (payable for maintenance,) will be lost if you give less than 48 hours' notice or 'no-shows'   will result in your deposit being forfeited.  

 

*Popellas-Hair will need to be contacted in advance if you need to change the length/duration of your appointment (e.g. changing a maintenance appointment to a removal) please give at least 48 hours' notice, If you do not do this it is at Popellas-Hair discretion to still charge the original fee.

Right to Cancellation

Popellas-Hair reserves the right to change or cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control.

Refunds

There will be no refund for completed services or products.

However, if you are not satisfied with any service received, you are invited to attend in person for an assessment within 7 days.
 
Failure to do so will void all guarantees with Popellas - Hair, Bournemouth.
